what was i thinking?madison and i had planned on going school clothes shopping on saturday. i have been trying to pass a kidney stone {this is about number 12 i think....ugh} and friday night knew for sure there was no way i was going to be able to drive to eugene. we got a phone call from calvin at about 8:30 on friday night saying he broke his collar bone at practice and was on his way to the emergency room. the plan was to still take it easy on saturday, but i woke up and felt pretty o.k.....so madison talked me in to driving to lincoln city to shop at the outlets.....of course a detour to see calvin was part of the plan too.
made it to the coast o.k.....hadn't eaten in two days so felt a little crummy, but i just chalked that up to laying around so much. made it to the outlets and lost it about an hour into the trip. could barely walk. had to get calvin back to newport so he could get his vicodin, so couldn't stay in lincoln city.
we ended up having to stay the night in newport. not cheap, but what are you gonna do. lesson learned. shouldn't have gone.
hopefully will feel well enough for work tomorrow. the more drugs the better at this point.

Oh my gosh Kam! I can't even imagine how you were feeling! Whend does Maddie get her driver's permit? I am so sorry that you are feeling so bad. I hope you get better soon!
